About Hermes Intelligence

Our Mission

Your edge. Yours to keep.

Most intelligence is rented. It arrives, it is used once, and it leaves, shared with everyone else who paid for the same view. We believe intelligence should work the other way. It should be private. It should belong to the organisation that earned it. And it should grow with every decision, not start over each time.

We build for that. What you learn becomes your own model of the world, private to you and more precise with every question you ask. We connect it to everything happening around you, so you keep what makes you different and measure it against the world as it is today, not as it was when you last looked.

Owned, not rented. Compounding over time. Connected to the world, so that change becomes an opportunity to act on, not a risk to manage.

The best intelligence should not depend on the size of your budget.

For too long, the clearest view of the world has belonged to whoever could pay the most for it. Everyone else has been left to compete on someone else’s terms, relying on large providers who own the technology, the data and, in the end, the insight. We think that is wrong. We give every organisation access to the best AI available, to solve real problems, on its own terms, without being held hostage by the few who control it.

Built in Europe. Working everywhere.

Privacy is not a feature we add. It is the reason we exist. Europe holds itself to that standard, and so do we. Our clients are worldwide. Our roots are in four European cities, each with a clear role.

London

Where we work with clients and markets.

Brussels

Where we follow policy and regulation as it is made.

Warsaw

Where we build the technology.

Tallinn

Our headquarters, and where our infrastructure runs.

Our Vision

A world where every organisation owns its edge.

We see a future where seeing the world clearly is no longer reserved for the few who can afford it. Where every organisation, whatever its size, can see what is changing around it, understand what it means, and act in time.

In that future, intelligence is not rented from someone else. It is built, owned and kept. It deepens with every decision and stays with the organisation that earned it, across years and across generations. The technology serves the people who decide, not the other way around.

We want to be the ones who make that possible. Not the largest source of intelligence, but the most trusted: because what we build stays private, stays yours, and keeps getting better.

“Advantage is scarce. It should belong to those who earn it.”

Our Culture

We believe that exceptional people, held to a high standard and trusted with hard problems, produce work that changes how decisions are made.

Five values. One conviction.

We Are Bold

Our clients do not come to us for comfortable answers. They come to us because the stakes are high and the picture is unclear. That requires people who are willing to take a position, defend it with evidence, and challenge the status quo, including their own assumptions and those of the people they serve.

We make decisions and stand behind them. We would rather be clearly right or clearly wrong than vaguely safe. And because every one of us represents Hermes in every conversation, with every client and every partner, we carry that confidence with care. Boldness without judgment is noise.

We Seek the Truth

Our business is telling people what is actually happening in the world. That makes accuracy and objectivity not negotiable. We follow the evidence wherever it leads, and we report what it shows, especially when it is inconvenient.

We do not shy away from complexity. The problems worth solving are ambiguous, layered and rarely have a single answer. We stay with them until they make sense, rather than reducing them to something easier to explain. We always ask where a claim came from, whether it holds up, and what we might be missing. What is confirmed and what is inferred are never treated as the same thing, in our work or in how we talk to each other.

We Are Obsessed with Quality

The intelligence we deliver informs decisions that affect companies, investments and public institutions. Good enough is not a standard we can afford. Quality is built into everything we deliver, from the first line of code to the last sentence of a brief.

We are problem solvers and engineers at heart. When we meet an obstacle, we build our way through it. We believe in discipline and process, not as bureaucracy, but as the only way to make excellent work repeatable. A result we cannot reproduce is not a result we can stand behind. We build systems that scale, so the quality we deliver for one client holds for every client.

We Execute with Urgency, and Own the Outcome

The world does not wait, and neither do the decisions our clients face. Intelligence that arrives late has already lost its value. We move with urgency, we favour action over endless deliberation, and we anticipate what our clients will need before they ask.

We take full ownership of our work, from start to finish. Nothing is someone else’s job. When we succeed, we share it. When we make mistakes, we say so openly, fix them quickly and learn from them. Accountability is not something asked of us. It is something we choose.

We Deliver Impact, Not Activity

Reports, dashboards and hours worked are not the goal. Better decisions are. We measure ourselves by whether our work changed what a client did, and whether that change made them stronger.

We focus on what moves the needle and have the discipline to set aside what does not. Every feature we build, every source we add and every analysis we deliver has to answer a real question. If it does not, it does not belong.
